This role requires technical proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas fluently in both english and spanish.this is a hybrid positioned based in monterrey, mexicoregular collaboration with u.s.-based teams during u.s. business hourswhat you'll docollaborative reporting & development:· assist the bi manager in designing, developing, and refining dashboards and reports using power bi.· leverage microsoft fabric components—power bi, fabric data warehouse, and power automate—to create and optimize data solutions.data modeling & analysis:· develop robust data models that underpin detailed analytics and reporting.· integrate and transform data from multiple sources, utilizing etl processes to support comprehensive analyses.insight generation & process enhancement:· analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for actionable insights.· continuously enhance existing bi solutions by identifying areas for process improvements and exploring new technologies.cross-functional collaboration:· work closely with teams from finance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure bi solutions align with strategic business objectives.· engage with stakeholders—presenting findings and insights clearly in both english and spanish to non-technical audiences.documentation & standardization:· document analytical processes, data models, methodologies, and report developments to maintain consistency and transparency.who you areeducational background & experience:· bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.· 3-5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in a global or cross-cultural environment.technical skills· proficiency in the microsoft fabric ecosystem: power bi, fabric data warehouse, and power automate.· experience in data modeling, etl processes, and integrating data from multiple sources.· strong working knowledge of sql and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.· experience with automating workflows with technology such as power automate.· preferred certifications (e.g., microsoft certified: data analyst associate) are a bonus.language & communication· fluency in both english and spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
