responsibilities:
* responsible for effective functioning of medical service and nurses
* prepare health budget with support of hse manager and ensure running according to authorized budget
* day to day management of the medical service and communication with hse manager
* maintain, improve, lead and supervise performance of health system/program
* responsible for the evaluation of workplace studies/ergonomic assessments and implementation of required measures derived from studies to ensure meeting of requirements (requirements applicable to health)
* ensure availability of basic medicines required/equipments for medical emergencies and perform periodical/pre-employment check ups
* develop and perform health trainings/health talks and material for campaigns/communications
* support to coordinate activities during hse week and other activities to reinforce safety and health culture
qualifications:
* degree in medicine
* legal requirements and procedures for legal compliance.
* iso 45001
* ergonomics
* occupational medicine and nom 030 stps
* health and hygiene legal requirements (stps, cofepris, social security)
* response in emergencies (desirable knowledge)
