*what will you be doing?*
- collect and analyze business requests, including defects, enhancements, and new capabilities for the servicenow platform.
- participate in and facilitate solution design for the requests.
- investigate and analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- provide business support to all servicenow development and support functions.
*qualifications*
*who are we looking for?*
- at least 2 /+ years’ experience as a business/functional analyst and administrating the servicenow
platform.
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, infor mation systems, or another related field (or equivalent
work experience).
Discipline/it service management process.
Certifications preferred:
- servicenow certified system administrator (csa).
- servicenow certified implementation specialist itsm (cis - itsm).
- itil v4 foundation.
