*responsibilities*:
*what will you be doing?*
- ensures at operational level support processes oriented to end user for lab across the region
- develops governance processes and key metrics to ensure compliance and consistency for executive support capabilities oriented to cover vip users requirements.
- manages directly vendors and coordinate other it teams to provide timely solution.
- ensures the implementation of cto continuous improvement process driving proofs of concept.
- runs pilots e2e and new capabilities testing related with cto services.
- provides feasibility for transformation objectives and alignment with it transformation agenda.
Qualifications:
*who are we looking for?*
- +3 years of experience as processes leader / it support coordinator
- experience with desktop, end-user, and videoconferencing tools
- experience in agile methodology acting as product owner, scrum master, or agile coach (desirable)
- knowledge of user experience design (ux)
- experience in rpa processes implementation
- experience or formal knowledge about the digital transformation journey
- itil foundations v3 experience or certification required
- requirements/business analysis
- incident management experience
- english fluency (mandatory)
- international experience in worldwide multinational enterprises
