key responsibilities:
* develop both internal and external relations to actively contribute to making customers successful.
* spearhead proactive business development to secure profitable business.
* build and strengthen trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
* oversee the full lifecycle of sales deals, including forecasting, delivery, and cash collection.
* ensure smooth transitions from sales to operations to drive customer success.
the skills and experience you bring:
* at least 7 years of experience in telecom or technology, in roles such as domain sales management, account management, or solution management.
* a strong understanding of the networks portfolio is essential. Familiarity with other portfolios such as core, transport, and oss is highly beneficial.
* technical expertise: previous experience covering radio, core, transport, and oss.
* experience in service delivery, including roll‑out, design & optimization, customer support, or managed services.
* strong commercial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation.
* skills in business risk management, market analysis, consultative & insight selling, stakeholder management, and communication.
* a proactive mindset, situational agility, storytelling, and servant leadership qualities.
* advanced english proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
