Quality leadership role
this is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.
* develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (qms) aligned with global standards
* act as the management representative for iso certifications and ensure adherence to industry standards such as iso 9001, iso 14001, and iso 45001
* lead internal, customer, and corporate audits, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* supervise laboratory operations, testing of adhesive technologies, and analytical testing to ensure product integrity
* oversee validation plans for infrastructure, equipment, and products, ensuring adherence to specifications
* investigate customer complaints, lead capa processes, and drive environmental hygiene programs
* develop and lead a high-performing quality team, promoting a proactive quality culture and driving business growth
the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or chemical industries.
