Determines and executes administrative policies through subordinate managers.

- responsible for selecting, training, motivating, and developing his/her staff as well as acting as a facilitator.

qualifications
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- proven experience (5- 10 years) in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., lean, six sigma).
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- relevant certifications (e.g., certified production and inventory management (cpim), certified manager of quality/organizational excellence (cmq/oe)) are a plus.
education and certifications
