job objective: mcc has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including an extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: china, americas, emea, apac. We are looking for an account manager with 4 years experience in semiconductor sales who is based in mexico. Training would be provided.
responsibilities
* work with mcc distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration
* promote mcc as strategic partner with assigned customers
* research and develop new customers and new business segments
* develop account strategy and execute business plan
* effectively handle customers' issues
* meet sales budget (booking/billing)
* collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
* work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
* hold business review with customers and distribution channel
qualifications
* education background: bachelor’s degree or above in electronics or semiconductors
* experience (must): 4 years in the semiconductor industry
* knowledge (ideal): familiarity with basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, mosfets, etc.) and the specific market applications, parameters, and customer applications of these products
* abilities/qualities: proficient in office software; proficient in english listening, speaking, reading, and writing; familiar with the seven major qc techniques, five quality tools, 8d report, 5why, and other quality tools; proficient in project management skills and certified as pmp
* skills/certifications: proficient in project and personnel management, interdepartmental coordination skills, market and customer communication skills
