we are a prominent personal injury law firm based in california with a strong track record of representing clients in a variety of personal injury cases. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a talented remote business development specialist who will help us forge new partnerships and referrals from businesses within california.
*responsibilities*:
- conduct cold calls to potential business partners located in california
- present the value proposition of our law firm's services to both california-based businesses and potential clients
- clearly articulate our firm's expertise and competitive advantages to establish trust and credibility
- develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals
- track and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve results
- meet and exceed monthly performance-based bonus targets
*requirements*:
- at least 5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outreach roles
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and kpis
- excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to effectively pitch and close deals over the phone
- strong negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills
- familiarity with the personal injury law industry is a plus, but not required
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence
