Location: [remote / hybrid - mexico]experience: 2-4 years in marketing ops, growth, or sales enablement. Language: 100% english (professional proficiency). Who we are: we are a remote startup that for the past 7 years has focused on building b2b saas apps across the atlassian, freshworks, slack, and monday.com marketplaces. Our apps are focused on helping remote teams collaborate more efficiently, either to run better agile ceremonies or deliver exceptional customer support. This year, we have strategic growth goals, and we are looking for a junior marketing operations & brand enablement specialist to help us improve our current process and launch new experiments to achieve them. Role summary: we are looking for a "hybrid executor" to join our growth team. A no-code/ops native professional who assists in the digital set-up of our marketing machine while ensuring our brand aesthetic and tone remains on-point. The mktops jr assists in the technical execution and management of the digital infrastructure, is responsible for producing & editing high-quality content, and digital asset management across the entire sales cycle—from awareness to adoption. You will act as the technical 'shadow' to the sales and revops initiatives to understand and implement icp-based growth strategies. You have a mix between technical integrity and creative execution, a vital part of our community interactions, and our content engine. Core focus areas: ops-native execution: assist in building and automating lead flows using hubspot, email sequences, a other tools. Linkedin and other communities: manage brand social presence, scheduling content, and building engagement. Brand & asset management: act as the "guardian of the brand," generating and updating high-quality sales materials. Sales enablement: ensure the tech stack (hubspot, google analytics) supports the sales track (sdrs, outreach.ai) with data-backed insights and ready-to-use content. Key responsibilities web & asset ops: manage the atlassian marketplace product listings, update hubspot cms, and execute seo-geo audit recommendations. Web ops: maintain website visuals, marketplace listings, and ensure all content is updated, seo-geo ready, and brand-compliant. Conversion infrastructure: build and manage blog posts, landing pages, forms, and thank-you flows within hubspot. Content & community management: assist in strategic content for the customer's lifecycle: generate and manage assets as required that maintain brand tone & design, schedule publications, and assist in e-mail sequences. Content atomization: transform long-form content (webinars, blogs) into social assets and carousels. Library management: maintain an organized, "ready-to-use" asset library for the strategic growth initiatives. Linkedin management: schedule posts and manually repurpose long-form content into social-first formats. Assist in ad performance follow-up. Asset agility: rapidly update digital assets (decks, one-pagers) based on new sales objections, special initiatives or market feedback. Customer success support: assist in designing and building email templates and pages for onboarding, expansion, and renewals. System health: follow-up on weekly "hygiene audits" in the hubspot crm to fix sync errors and ensure lead routing is working perfectly. Workflow implementation: set up no-code automation for alerts and lead routing. Reporting: maintain custom dashboards in looker studio or hubspot to track which assets drive sales. Tracking integrity: manually ensure tracking pixels, urls, utm's, and conversion events are correctly firing for accurate attribution. Stack & skills stack: hands-on experience with hubspot cms/crm, google analytics/looker studio, and pm tools like the atlassian suite (jira for task management, confluence for documentation). *desirable: linkedin ads. Content execution: advanced skills in manual editing of text, images, and basic video, ability for rapid asset generation, and a strong eye for layout and typography to make resources look "premium" without a full design department. Systems hygiene: ability to perform weekly crm audits to merge duplicates and fix sync errors between tools. Systems thinking: ability to assists in mapping the customer journey from a linkedin comment to a closed deal. Data literacy: comfortable using analytics, looker studio and/or hubspot to report on which specific assets or initiatives are driving sales, what we offer competitive salary.
