Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support campaign performance measurement, data analysis, website management, email marketing, and CRM tasks. Working closely with product, creative, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are cohesive and high-impact. You’ll manage the technical aspects: website updates, landing page creation, and marketing automation. The adecuado candidate has 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization: Pull and analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Measure KPIs and suggest adjustments to enhance performance.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and conversions.
- Website Management & Content Updates: Manage and update website content via WordPress or Webflow.
- Ensure site performance, functionality, and SEO alignment.
- Collaborate with creative teams on visuals and messaging.
- Email Marketing & HubSpot Tasks: Execute email campaigns using HubSpot marketing automation.
- Build and edit landing pages in HubSpot for engagement and conversion.
- Manage HubSpot workflows and lead-nurturing processes.
- Support CRM tasks: data entry, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with product, creative, and other marketing stakeholders to synchronize campaigns.
- Serve as a communication bridge between departments to align marketing efforts.
- Technical Proficiency & Process Improvement: Leverage WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot tools to execute marketing tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Stay current on marketing trends and technology to inform innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing focused on email, web, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience managing websites and marketing automation tools.
- Strong technical proficiency in WordPress or Webflow.
- Experience with HubSpot (emails, pages, workflows).
- Ability to interpret analytics and drive optimizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Blend of creative and analytical thinking for marketing performance.
