*responsibilities*.
- manage all accounting and finance activities, including monthly closes, consolidations, reporting, planning, audit, treasury, and tax.
- manage transaction and investment accounting for gaap compliance, including valuations with external firms, cost basis accounting, and reserves.
- oversee tax provisions, filings, and audits with external firms.
- maintain banking and lending relationships. Manage credit facilities to ensure compliance, and set up new companies and accounts as needed.
- work with operating teams to create and update forecasts for each of the firm’s lines of business.
- lead fp&a function supporting the cfo.

- advanced level of english proficiency.
- the person needs to handle quickbooks and be familiar with gaap regulations.
