The person in this position will be responsible for managing our biggest customer across all business units, ensuring a strong and lasting relationship, and providing exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and growth. Key responsibilities:• responsible for e2e order to cash process for walmart & clubs• responsible for results behind fill rate and otif.• coordinate with cd, logistics, planning & cpfr teams the e2e supply chain process• key point of contact for gbs hub (capgemini) for order management process• manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients, acting as the main supply chain point of contact.• understand customer needs and objectives, with a significant focus on maintaining a proactive vision to anticipate business impacts.• lead customer collaboration agenda behind e2e digital supply chain• stakeholder management• conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.• participate in business meetings and customer presentations.required qualifications:• previous experience in similar roles, logistics, or planning positions.• excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.• ability to understand and anticipate client needs.• results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.• teamwork capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.preferred qualifications• bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, engineering (preferably)unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
