Overviewwe are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail‐oriented marketing assistant to support our clients through marketing strategy execution, content creation, project coordination, and holistic growth planning. In this role, you will operate as an essential part of our marketing delivery team, partnering with professional services businesses across the u.s., canada, and europe—including law firms, financial services, and advisory firms. You will provide outsourced marketing support, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help elevate each client's brand presence and growth outcomes. Key responsibilities content creation & repurposing use custom‐trained chatgpts and ai tools (e.g., chatgpt, claude) to repurpose long‐form content into short‐form assets. Create graphics, short‐form videos, and social content. Write, edit, and schedule social media posts across platforms. Write, edit, and schedule newsletters, drip campaigns, and blog articles. Produce podcast and youtube show notes, along with related graphics. Funnels & campaign execution build marketing funnels for workshops, webinars, lead magnets, and events. Write and design landing pages, thank‐you pages, and automated follow‐up emails. Set up automations, reminders, and workflows in crm systems (e.g., highlevel, kajabi, fg funnels). Client management & project coordination own each client's marketing tasks end‐to‐end, ensuring on‐time and high‐quality delivery. Manage project timelines and deliverables using asana. Communicate with clients via email or text as needed. Collaborate internally using slack, voxer, and whatsapp. Track and log all billable hours by client and project. Expected outcomes increased content consistency, output, and engagement across clients' and carrie's social media channels. Growth in email lists, qualified leads, and conversion opportunities for both client projects and internal initiatives. More time freed for carrie to focus on strategic priorities and business development. Professional, timely communication: responses within 24 hours (mon–fri) and within 48 hours on weekends/holidays. Requirements technical & marketing skills strong understanding of ai content tools (chatgpt, claude, etc.). Experience with crms such as highlevel, hubspot, kajabi, fg funnels, mailchimp, convertkit, activecampaign, zapier, and others. Proficiency with project management tools (asana) and communication tools (slack, voxer, whatsapp). Comfortable using google suite, canva, zoom, and other common marketing platforms. Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error‐free, brand‐aligned materials.
