Job summary

we are seeking a reliable and organized property manager to oversee the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and handling rent collection, while maintaining overall asset value and operational efficiency.responsibilities

* manage daily operations of properties.
* coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
* handle tenant communication and issue resolution.
* manage lease agreements and property documentation.
* collect rent and follow up on late payments.
* monitor expenses and maintain basic financial records.
* supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.
* conduct property inspections and ensure compliance.
* manage move-ins and move-outs.
* prepare reports for property owners.
* ensure properties remain compliant with internal policies and regulations.
requirements
* english fluency
* previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related role.
* knowledge of lease agreements and tenant management.
* strong organizational and time-management skills.
* excellent communication abilities.
* ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
* proficiency with excel or google sheets.
* problem-solving mindset.
* professional and responsible attitude.
nice to have
* experience with short-term rentals (airbnb, booking, vrbo).
* basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
* familiarity with property management software.
* maintenance or construction background.
