*summary*:the hispanic markets coordinator plays a vital role in executing daily tasks related to the company's social media strategy tailored to the hispanic market.this position focuses on translating english to spanish, ensuring the localization of company assets.working closely with the head of translations and the director of sales for the hispanic market and mexico, the coordinator supports spanish social media communications and branded online platforms (facebook, twitter, pinterest, youtube, instagram, tiktok, etc.) to enhance brand development, lead generation, and attract potential distributors and customers.the coordinator is responsible for monitoring and responding to customer issues, increasing fan engagement, and growing followers.*essential duties and responsibilities*:- execute all spanish translations for the mexico and us hispanic markets under the guidance of the head of global translation.- write and curate relevant content provided by the pr department to engage consumer audiences and foster connections.- collaborate with corporate, translations, field marketing, pr, sales, and other teams to create original or modified copy, implement promotions, and convey our brand's mission, values, and philosophy.- assist in developing and implementing distributor and customer promotions, including promoted posts on facebook and other platforms, as directed by the pr department.- work closely with the international marketing leadership team to implement branded social strategies, promos, and incentive programs.- handle complaints and monitoring issues within senegence response guidelines and policies, directing distributor and customer issues to the appropriate personnel on a case-by-case basis.- produce and edit art and digital photography for social media posts, utilizing existing branded imagery assets as directed by the director of sales, hispanic market.- generate reports and dashboards to provide executive management with insights on results and return on investment (roi).- analyze social activity, engagement, and traffic to refine tactics and strategies.- provide support and respond to consumer inquiries and issues on social channels, including reviews, mentions, comments, and direct messages.escalate issues as necessary and respond to positive inquiries and reviews.- follow established standard operating procedures (sop) as directed by the head of translations.- maintain close communication with the head of translation to ensure consistent and cohesive english to spanish translations that align with the company's internal language, image, and brand.- demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritize tasks, and respond to demands as needed.- balance day-to-day, weekly, and monthly work activities to meet expected and required results.- other duties as requested by business need.*qualifications required for position*:- bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across various digital ad channels (google, youtube, facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, tiktok, etc.).- 1-3 years of experience in social media, translation, and sales within the direct sales industry.- advanced verbal and written communication skills in english (native or c1 level) and fluency in spanish for translation purposes.- proficient in digital media and pc computer skills.- detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, including the ability to stay organized, effectively prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.- strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent problem-solving skills.- diplomacy and good judgment in decision-making, considering the impact of decisions.- ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.- strong leadership skills.- consistent and regular attendance is expected.*certificates/licenses required for role*:- possession of a valid passport (or ability to obtain one).*physical demands*:*working conditions*:working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; with additional travel to facilitate corporate sponsored events locally, domestically, and occasionally internationally.requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment.senegence is an equal opportunity employer.all employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, religion, citizenship, national origin/ancestry, physical/mental disabilities, military status or any other basis prohibited by law.
