Sales & marketing manager
the ideal candidate will be responsible for
developing and executing marketing strategies
that position our company at the forefront of the clean energy transition. As a starting point, their main focus will be on
marketing and promoting tesla ev supercharging stations
and, subsequently, supporting the pipeline of upcoming large-scale projects (pv, bess, gensets, gas turbines, etc.). They will lead initiatives that create visibility, generate leads, and drive sales, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

* develop and implement a comprehensive
marketing strategy
to promote company projects and services.
* lead the
marketing and go-to-market plan
for tesla ev supercharging stations, ensuring strong customer awareness and adoption.
* coordinate with sales and business development teams to
design campaigns
that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
* conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to identify opportunities, trends, and positioning strategies.
* manage
digital marketing activities
(social media, paid ads, google ads, seo, linkedin campaigns) to increase brand visibility.
* develop
marketing materials and sales collateral
tailored to different industries and client segments.
* plan and execute
events, trade shows, and pr initiatives
to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
* track, analyze, and report on
campaign performance and roi
, adjusting strategy to maximize impact.
* collaborate with project managers and engineers to translate technical details into
clear value propositions
for clients.
* support sales efforts by preparing
presentations, proposals, and case studies

* ensure all activities align with
company brand, standards, and regulatory requirements

what we require from you
* bachelor's degree in
marketing, business, communications, or related field
.
* 3–5 years of experience
in marketing, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or technology industries.
* proven track record in
developing and executing marketing campaigns
that drive measurable results.
* strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools
(google ads, seo/sem, linkedin campaign manager, meta ads, crm tools).
* experience in
b2b sales support and lead generation
.
* excellent
communication skills
in english and spanish, both written and spoken.
* strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* results-driven, creative, and customer-focused; able to interact effectively within
cross-functional teams
.
* experience in the
renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or industrial sector
is a strong plus.
