*about the role*
we are seeking a *marketing manager* based in mexico city who understands marketing as a strategic business function—one that enhances brand presence, optimizes customer engagement, and provides measurable insights that contribute to business growth.
this role is responsible for developing the marketing strategies for mira's real estate projects and the mira corporate brand.
each real estate project is a distinct brand, requiring a strategic approach to positioning, demographic understanding, and tailored messaging based on its market, geography, and competitive landscape.
the marketing manager must be able to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with mira's values while resonating with each project's unique audience.
*what you'll do*
*build & shape brands* *-* define the narrative, identity, and positioning of each unique real estate project, and strategically align the mira corporate brand across internal and external communications, materials, and branding efforts.
*drive growth -* develop data-driven marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion rates.
*collaborate across teams* *-*work closely with sales, finance, and development to align marketing with mira's business goals.
*lead & innovate -* oversee agency partnerships, manage content creation, and execute digital marketing campaigns.
*be the voice of marketing -* present strategies, insights, and performance reports directly to senior leadership.
*what we're looking for*
we're looking for a marketing leader who is both creative and analytical—someone who can build strong brands while staying data-driven in their decision-making.
*you'll thrive in this role if you*:
- have 5+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- can own marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- know how to leverage crm tools (hubspot, oracle, or similar) to track leads and enhance customer experience as well as optimize google ads, linkedin ads, social media, etc.
- experience working with agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- are an exceptional communicator— you'll be working directly with senior leadership.
- speak and write fluent spanish and english (a must for this role).
- have experience in luxury brands (a plus, but not required).
