as a change and process engineer jr at alten mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for the different parts of future model vehicle programs of the customer. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross‐functional teams and ensuring effective communication between teams.
responsibilities
* change coordination process:
o implement global change coordination process via corporately mandated change coordination tools.
o support change coordination meetings and process.
o enforce change coordination process.
o hold business owners accountable for delivering their inputs/deliverables/approvals.
o alert about late tasks to business owners with due dates.
* timing/scheduling:
o facilitate (and document) change timing agreement between suppliers, engineering, finance, manufacturing, and program coordination.
o own timing of change control steps, inputs, and approvals in line with agreed program/change timing.
o schedule all change coordination tasks to achieve overall change approval/release timing.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in automotive systems, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or equivalent.
* recently graduated with a good first experience managing bom (bill of materials)
* you already had a project coordination position (assistant to a project leader for example).
* knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus
* strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* excellent communication and coordination skills.
* strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
* knowledge of project coordination methodologies and tools.
* ability to work independently and in a team environment.
