key responsibilities
- serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, contributing to the achievement of operational kpis.
- drive employee engagement, accountability, and performance culture initiatives.
- lead workforce planning efforts, including forecasting labor needs and supporting organizational design.
- partner with the plant manager and functional leaders to ensure alignment between business strategy and people strategy.
- promote a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, and talent development.
- oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and individual development planning.
- ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- support initiatives that strengthen operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
qualifications
- bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of progressive hr experience within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business fundamentals.
- experience supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive cultural initiatives.
