Overview
position: titktok brand manager at amz advisers. We are seeking a strategic, creator-savvy lead to drive tiktok-focused content strategies and client accounts with deep knowledge of the platform and content that converts. This is a remote, full-time role focused on brand storytelling and cross-functional collaboration. You will not need amazon experience to succeed, but experience in ecommerce or dtc brand-building is a plus.

responsibilities
* onboarding: be a key player in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, goals, and market positioning to inform strategy development.
* auditing: perform comprehensive audits of client accounts, analyze performance metrics, competitive landscape, and market trends. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (swot) to inform strategy recommendations.
* strategy development: develop customized brand strategies that align with client objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to drive brand growth and visibility. Generate actionable reports on audit findings with recommended actions. Define weekly and monthly content themes, brand voice, and visual direction. Ensure each tiktok strategy aligns with client kpis, product priorities, and trend relevance. Stay current on tiktok trends and algorithm updates.
* strategy explanation: clearly communicate proposed strategies to clients, address questions and expectations, maintain campaign timelines and performance notes, review tiktok drafts for alignment, flag misalignments, and coordinate necessary revisions. Help develop and maintain tiktok brand playbooks per client.
* optimization and iteration: analyze strategy performance to identify opportunities for optimization; proactively adjust strategies based on market dynamics, client feedback, and performance metrics. Assign tasks and coordinate timelines with content creators. Track asset submissions, edits, and approvals using clickup or other pm tools.
qualifications
* 2+ years in a project manager, producer, or coordinator role (social media or digital content).
* proven familiarity with tiktok content, trends, and what performs organically on the platform. Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple moving parts across clients or creators.
* experience with tools like clickup, slack, g-suite, and dropbox (or equivalent).
* excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to give creative feedback. Comfortable working with both creative teams and performance strategists.
* bonus: experience managing freelancers or influencers.
* basic knowledge of ecommerce, dtc brands, or paid social campaigns.
* familiarity with video editing platforms (capcut, tiktok editor, etc.).
* understanding of kpis such as engagement rate, view-through rate, and cost-per-view (when campaigns are paid-supported).
* familiarity with relevant tools: clickup, slack, google drive, meet/zoom, tiktok ads manager.
