Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Support Human Recources area on back offie proceses in order to contribute with efficiency, quality and indicators to the area.
1. Manage and oversee Corporate Credit Cards, including issuance, usage monitoring, payment validation, and delinquency follow-up.
2. Administer Company Car Fleet, covering vehicle allocation, maintenance, insurance, and vendor coordination.
3. Handle Fuel Card management, including requests, allocation, tracking, and reporting.
4. Maintain employee master data, ensuring accurate collection, validation, entry, and regular audits.
5. Execute and support payroll controls and related validations.
6. Prepare and deliver HR and operational reports on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).
7. Coordinate and standardize pre-onboarding processes, including documentation and communication with new hires.
8. Manage relationships with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient service delivery.
9. Process and monitor purchase requests and invoices for assigned services.
10. Ensure process compliance and workflow efficiency in line with internal policies.
11. Provide ongoing support to employees, HR, Finance, and external partners.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications
12. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Languages
13. English: Advanced
Experience
14. 1+ year of experience in:Customer service or employee support rolesAdministrative and/or finance processesMultinational or multicultural environments
Technical Skills & Competencies
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset
16. Basic knowledge of payroll processes and concepts
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
18. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
19. Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus
20. Experience with procurement or expense tools (e.g., Ariba, Concur) is a plus
