we are currently looking for an hr service center analyst to join our team in aguascalientes, méxico. This role is the first point of contact for nissan employees across multiple regions, providing support and guidance on hr-related inquiries, policies, and processes.
day in the life
* respond to inbound calls and cases from employees, resolving first-level hr inquiries and escalating complex issues
* educate employees on hr policies, benefits, and self-service tools
* support internal reporting, data reviews, and cross-functional projects
* identify and assist with process improvement initiatives
* maintain up-to-date knowledge of company programs and hr systems
who we\'re looking for
required:
* advanced english and portuguese proficiency (spoken and written)
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or hr (preferably in a call center environment)
* strong customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word, access) and hr systems
desired:
* bachelor\'s or equivalent in human resources, business, or related field
* ability to interpret complex information and communicate clearly
* empathy, patience, and sound judgment when handling employee concerns
* experience with service now, openscape, and hr knowledge base tools
