Tasks and responsibilities: define and implement predictive maintenance process eliminating unplanned stops due to machine breakdowns during production and reducing maintenance cost. Drive preventive maintenance process measuring variables and analyzing behavior trends as basis for decision making, assuring successfully autonomous maintenance routines for cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating. Provide troubleshooting and analytical problem solving of critical or repetitive problems improving equipment reliability. Guide continues improvement and of processes, machinery, and personnel. Prepare and control the maintenance budget for plant equipment (tableting, filling, packaging and formulation), assuring proper expenditure through the year, identifying and solving deviations timely. Develop and empower the maintenance team for proper decision making accordingly with their responsibility level, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Foster the safety culture in all maintenance activities and promote strict adherence to the procedures, regulations, and compliance policies. Support the equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation processes, assuring the gmp/gdp compliance, including the proper deviations follow-up and close out as well as assigned activities implementation from required change requests. Oee target contribution (focus on unplanned down times). Plant maintenance plan execution strategy as well as it’s adherence/fulfilment. Support for qualification/validation. Technical input for user requirement specifications (scope definition) related to investment projects. Plan and support vertical startups. Support and training for autonomous maintenance. Resources planning. Spare parts budgeting. What we´re looking for: bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in fields such as industrial engineering, automation, mechatronics or electromechanics. At least 3 to 5 years leading plant maintenance teams as a plant maintenance manager. Languages: spanish (fluent), english (advanced / c1). Total productive maintenance.
