responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* designs, implements, and executes human resources strategies for business units and functional groups
* partners with business operations to understand organizational needs and proactively resolve hr and business issues
* provides solutions across the employee life cycle with a focus on organizational effectiveness.
* anticipates and plans for long-term hr needs and workforce trends in collaboration with business leaders
* serves as hr liaison for key projects and initiatives across the organization
* ensures compliance with local labor laws and regulations
required knowledge and experience:
* bachelor’s degree (with degree released)
* fluent in english with strong verbal and written communication skills
* minimum of seven years of experience in talent management, merit planning, and change management
* proficient in workday and power bi for hr data management and analysis
* solid understanding of mexico’s legal and regulatory hr reforms
