Engineering plastics sales manager
we are seeking a results-driven engineering plastics sales manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales of engineering plastics in mexico and adjacent countries.
key responsibilities:
* lead existing customer relationships and develop new ones through exceptional customer satisfaction and service.
* act as a key account manager, ensuring timely delivery, responsiveness, and inventory management to meet customer needs.
planning and reporting:
* establish and achieve annual sales objectives, forecast, and develop a comprehensive sales plan.
* develop and implement marketing and pricing strategies to drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
market monitoring:
* monitor market dynamics and customer sentiment to inform strategic decision-making.
* provide actionable insights and proposals to support business development and growth initiatives.
internal coordination:
* collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage local stock and ensure sufficient inventory for customer demand.
* work closely with the compliance and regulatory team to ensure product sales activities comply with applicable regulations.
requirements include a bachelor's degree in polymer or material science, fluency in spanish and english, strong international mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and 5+ years of sales experience in the plastic industry.
