Overview
country manager - hps brazil
you'll be the head of our brazilian business as country manager and legal representative of the entity. You will, along with your team, identify and generate sales opportunities along with our distributor/partners. You will drive sales of products, systems and services to different kinds of customers through your team. You will foster client and end user satisfaction. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to develop a mid/long term vision for the region appointed. You will work with sales inventory operations planning (siop) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts. You will build a strong network to address and remove roadblocks for your team. You will develop the current talent, make the necessary changes and backfill open positions with available talent in the appointed region. You will be responsible for meeting the aligned targets for the relevant kpis under your responsibility.

* identifies long-term marketing opportunities, develops strategies and plans.
* conducts portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition.
* delivers customer penetration strategies and develops business models and tactics.
* coordinates lobs and sets cross-lobs guardrails on marketing, pricing, placement etc.
* lead, manage and control of cost budget allocated.
you must have
* bachelor's degree with or advanced professional certification with significant management experience in b2b segments.

* people management experience
* fluent in business english on top of local language. Spanish a plus.
