Role Description
This is a role for an Area Sales Manager located in Guadalajara, Jal, and covering Monterrey area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met, provide regular sales reports, and offer product demonstrations and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages
