at *ignite ppc*, we help real estate investors grow through high-performance digital marketing—specifically google ads and youtube lead generation.
we don’t believe in “set it and forget it.” We’re strategic partners who own outcomes. That’s why we’re looking for a *google ads growth partner*—someone who can own both the strategy and execution of ad campaigns _and_ the relationship with the client.
*about the role*
as a *google ads growth partner*, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts. This includes setting the strategy, launching and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and guiding clients to better results on and off the ad platform.
you’ll be the main point of contact—running client calls, setting expectations, and proactively solving performance issues. This role blends media buying, marketing consulting, and client relationship management into one high-impact position.
*responsibilities*
- plan, launch, and optimize search, demand gen, and youtube campaigns for real estate investor clients
- monitor kpis like cpl, cpa, roas, ctr, conversion rate, and cost per deal—and take action
- lead biweekly or monthly strategy calls, helping clients understand their numbers and next steps
- audit lead flow, funnels, and follow-up systems to recommend full-funnel improvements. (training provided)
- translate ad data into business insights clients can actually use
- own client communication, retention, and strategic planning across your accounts
- report performance trends and develop improvement plans that drive growth
*what we're looking for*
- 2+ years in a client-facing marketing role (agency experience required)
- $2 million+ in ad spend in google ads campaigns (youtube ads a plus)
- strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, and sales conversion metrics
- confidence in diagnosing performance issues and presenting clear solutions
- excellent communicator who builds trust and takes initiative
- strategic thinker with a performance mindset—comfortable juggling execution and client leadership
- bonus: experience in real estate investing or home services marketing

*compensation*:
$5,000 - $7,000 usd / month
pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month
