- this position is supportive and will not have contact with clients.
- bilingual (spanish & english) with strong english proficiency.
- strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and kindness.
- ability to handle emotionally challenging cases.
- detail-oriented and organized.
- experience in immigration law is a plus but not required.
- strong legal drafting skills.
- bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred or currently pursuing a related law degree.
- analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
