*key responsibilities*
- generate and develop new business opportunities with *enterprise retail clients*.
- execute sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue goals.
- lead *end-to-end sales cycles*: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, closing.
- build strong relationships with retail and consumer product clients.
- stay informed about *market trends and competitor landscape*.
- collaborate with internal teams to tailor it service solutions.
- represent the company at *client meetings, events, and conferences*.
*requirements*:
- *5+ years* of experience in *business development / sales for it services* or consulting firms.
- proven *hunter* track record acquiring new retail customers.
- experience in *tier-one companies* (e.g., capgemini, infosys, cognizant, accenture, tech mahindra).
- understanding of *mexico retail market* and enterprise client base.
- *bachelor’s degree* in business, marketing, or related field (mba is a plus).
- excellent communication and negotiation skills (bilingual preferred).
- stable work history (3-4+ years per company preferred).
