this role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering accurate financial operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.what you'll do- execute daily billing and timesheet management activities with accuracy and speed- monitor deadlines and ensure complete inputs from all stakeholders- support resolution of billing issues and customer disputes- maintain detailed documentation and customer correspondence- collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing- support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives- oversee pre-payroll and related o2c tasks- deliver exceptional customer service at every interactionwhat you bring- 3+ years of experience in an o2c (order-to-cash) role- experience in a global business services or multinational environment- strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset- ability to manage conflict constructively and build effective relationships- knowledge of o2c processes, internal controls, and basic accounting principles- experience with oracle or similar erp systems (a plus)- english proficiency (required)- degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related fieldwho you are- highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities- adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment- strong business acumen and commitment to accuracylocation: mexico citydivision: finance – otcif you're looking to grow your career through manpower and support impactful financial operations, we'd love to hear from you.
