Policy framework consultant
we are seeking a policy framework consultant to assist us in establishing a comprehensive policy framework. This will involve assessing our current policies, benchmarking them against industry standards and legal requirements, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and developing new policies to address these gaps.
the selected consultant will be responsible for conducting an assessment of our existing organizational policies and procedures. They will then develop new policies and procedures that meet our operational needs. The consultant will also provide guidance on the implementation of these policies and procedures, including facilitation workshops and training staff.
a key deliverable will be a comprehensive report detailing assessment findings. Additionally, the consultant will develop draft and final versions of all policies and procedures, as well as an implementation plan with clear timelines and responsibilities. A training plan and materials for staff and volunteers will also be provided. Finally, a set of finalized policies and procedures prioritized by the leadership team will be delivered.
