Communication coach develops a robust communication strategy in order to inform employees through the proper channels about local, national and global ford news, events and launches.
main responsibilities are:
- develop marketing campaigns to inform employees about critical processes such as c&b, launches, recognition, cultural activities, wellness, local information, etc.
- creates and design content (articles, videos, clips, etc.)
for social media and internal channels within ford (webex teams, outlook)
- supports local events
- coordinate and manage locally donations and economic support for non-profit organizations
