we are looking for a business developer to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting easy4pro’s solutions. The ideal candidate will have a mix of sales, market research, and product knowledge to effectively engage with potential clients and partners.
key responsibilities
sales & lead generation
* conduct in-depth research to identify and profile potential leads based on company goals, industry trends, and challenges.
* utilize social media, industry events, and networking to source high-quality leads.
* organize the promotional & logistics aspects for networking events
* engage with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and meetings to secure demo presentations.
* match product features to customer needs and tailor presentations to resonate with different industries and personas.
* improve and optimize sales processes based on data analysis and customer feedback.
* maintain detailed records in zoho crm and leverage it for pipeline management and reporting.
* build and maintain reselling partnerships
product knowledge & demonstrations
* gain a deep understanding of easy4pro’s features, including spot quoting, track & trace, rate cards, 4pl services and invoicing.
market & competitive intelligence
* stay informed about industry trends in transportation, automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors.
* conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning of easy4pro.
* analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement areas and potential new features.
partnership & business growth
* identify potential reselling partnerships and assist in negotiations.
* collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing strategies and contract structures.
* assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts.
soft skills & relationship building
* read the room effectively and adjust communication style to different stakeholders.
* utilize persuasion techniques to influence decision-making processes.
* apply basic nlp (neuro-linguistic programming) to build trust and enhance client interactions.
* understand clients’ personalities, motivations, and concerns to create tailored pitches.
qualifications & requirements
* experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in logistics, transportation, or saas solutions.
* education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
* skills:
o strong research and analytical skills for lead profiling and market intelligence.
o speaking english & spanish / german is a necessity
o excellent communication and presentation abilities.
o ability to handle crm tools (zoho preferred) and business intelligence software.
o negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and manage partnerships.
o comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
