responsible for the operational execution of marketing initiatives and commercial activations for the electrolitos brand across various channels. Supports the strategic development of brand positioning and ensures proper tactical implementation in the field.
job responsibilities
* contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for the electrolitos brand.
* analyze market trends, product performance, and consumer behavior to identify actionable insights.
* oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, promotional actions, and in-store activities.
* coordinate deliverables with creative, media, and activation agencies.
* monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and propose corrective actions as needed.
* develop promotional materials, technical product sheets, and sales force tools.
* maintain strong collaboration with trade marketing and sales to ensure seamless execution.
* conduct regular visits to key points of sale to assess initiative implementation.
job requirements
* education:
o bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
* knowledge, skills and abilities:
o advanced english proficiency (spoken and written).
o ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; results-driven and collaborative mindset.
o strong skills in data analysis, excel, and powerpoint
* experience:
o at least 2 years of experience in marketing, category management, or trade marketing.
o familiarity with pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods (fmcg) channels.
