Role:
this role will be directly working for property leads, a start-up lead generation and data company in the real estate industry. The senior media buyer role is pivotal in generating high quality motivated seller leads and in-turn driving revenue. With our small team of 10 and start-up culture, this role is demanding in terms of time and attentiveness (far more than a traditional 9-5 job). You will thrive as a detail-oriented performance marketer energized by new challenges and looking to develop the depth and breadth of your campaign management and analytical skill sets.
Responsibilities:
- ownership over campaign development, management, optimization, and reporting within various paid digital media platforms.
- high attention to detail when developing, managing, optimizing, and reporting various paid digital media platforms.
- build, test and manage ad creative and ad copy for all campaigns.
- responsible for daily, weekly and monthly optimizations to drive business and kpis forward.
- updates cmo on status of current accounts on a daily basis and elevates any issues in a timely manner.
- responsible for overseeing all campaign tracking set-up, implementation, and testing before launch of a campaign.
- understands rules, regulations, and data ecosystems related to paid marketing and identifies and communicates issues when they arise.
- ensures strict adherence to budgets while meeting objectives.
- faces technical challenges head-on and takes initiative to solve problems.
- stays current on all media/marketing trends.
- a strong focus on lead quality even at the sacrifice of roas.
Basic qualifications:
- *minimum of 3 years of work experience in lead generation digital advertising, specifically with hands on experience scaling google search ads*:
- *experience with a $25,000-$50,000/day budget*:
- *ability to take ownership in a channel while multi-tasking and delivering work on-time for set deadlines*:
- knowledge and utilization of 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd party data
- ability to develop better ad copy and creative to drive costs down
- ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including marketing and leadership teams
- highly motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable making decisions
- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- experience in working motivated seller or real estate lead generation
