Transaction management & bookkeepingreview, categorize, and reconcile financial transactionshandle complex or unusual transactions requiring manual review (20% of volume)ensure accurate coding and compliance with accounting standardsmaintain accurate books for assigned portfoliosreconcile monthly books and general ledger accountssupport month-end and year-end close processes2. Financial reporting & analysisprepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and summariesanalyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvementsupport budgeting and forecasting processesflag and escalate any accounting issues or anomalies3. Customer & internal communicationrespond to internal or external accounting-related inquiriescollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction or reporting questionsprovide guidance and support to junior accounting or bookkeeping staff, if applicable4.
