Executive operations leader
we are seeking an accomplished executive operations leader to oversee the day-to-day functions of our organization.
the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of operational excellence, and experience in managing diverse teams.
this role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cross-functional initiatives and lead special projects aimed at improving systems and workflows.
* key responsibilities:
* oversee operations across all departments: real estate, hospitality, accounting, hr, marketing, legal, and closings.
* provide strategic leadership and ensure alignment among department heads.
* lead onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring high standards of performance and service.
* review contracts and transaction documentation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
* collaborate with finance and accounting teams on budget analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls.
* manage crm systems, ensuring accuracy and automation.
* support operational procedures and help implement company-wide best practices.
* act as liaison between ownership, external partners, and internal departments.
* drive cross-functional initiatives and lead special projects that improve systems and workflows.
qualifications:
* fluency in english and spanish is required (written and spoken).
* minimum 5 years of leadership experience in real estate, hospitality, or a service-based organization.
* strong background in finance and/or accounting.
* experience managing crm platforms.
* high level of organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* demonstrated experience reviewing contracts and handling operational risk.
* ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse teams.
