we are seeking a strategic and collaborative human resources business partner (hrbp) to join our team in san luis potosí, mexico. As an hrbp, you will play a crucial role in aligning hr initiatives with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success and employee engagement.
- partner with business leaders to develop and implement hr strategies that support organizational goals.
- provide guidance on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- analyze hr metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- lead change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
- advise managers on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- collaborate with the hr team to improve hr processes and programs.
- act as a trusted advisor to employees on career development and hr-related matters.
*profile*:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- experience in hr in an hrbp or similar role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in hr data analysis and reporting
- proficiency in hr information systems and data analysis tools
- in-depth knowledge of labor laws and hr best practices
- expertise in talent management, including performance management and succession planning
- experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic hr initiatives
- strong understanding of business operations and ability to align hr strategies with business objectives
- fluency in english.
