We're looking for a content coordinatorlocation: apodaca, nuevo leon.1-2 years of experience in similar position.reports to: product managerthe content coordinator is responsible for assisting product and content teams with relevant new product development tasks. This role will coordinate cross-functional communication of product sample purchases, validation, product photography process and attribute collection. Additionally, the content coordinator will manage audits and updates of existing product content on various ecommerce and customer .com properties, while also acting as project manager for new product introduction process.requirements• strong analytical abilities, business acumen and an understanding of the intersection between processes, people and systems.• ability to evaluate to identify process bottlenecks and create actionable plans to improve efficiency.• high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.• verbal and written communications skills; particularly, the ability to deliver analysis in a clear and actionable format.• ability to adjust to changing goals and meet assigned deadlines.• self-starter with initiative and a "go above and beyond" attitude.primary activities• ensure new products are ready for launch according to schedule in collaboration with the content team.• audit and enhance oe interchanges to maintain data accuracy.• support internal teams with product information (weights, dimensions, pies data, etc.).• coordinate photography schedule for photography interns.• provide general support to product and content teams with all requested tasks.education / experience• degree in advertising, marketing or other related business admin fields.• proficiency with microsoft office suite (high-level excel and word required).• strong written and verbal communication in english.
