* operar el robot abb con escáner 3d para obtener nubes de puntos de componentes plásticos, ópticos y ensambles de lámparas traseras.
* elaborar reportes técnicos detallados con los resultados obtenidos y comunicar hallazgos a los departamentos de ingeniería, calidad y diseño.
* realizar alineaciones cad vs pieza física y generar comparativos de desviaciones dimensionales.
* verificar piezas de primera muestra, cambios de ingeniería y aprobaciones de moldes.
* elaborar reportes dimensionales conforme a gd&t y requerimientos del cliente.
* realizar actividades enfocadas a 5s ´s.
* apoyar en estudios gr&r, capacidad de proceso (cp, cpk) y análisis estadístico de resultados.
* identificar desviaciones dimensionales críticas que puedan impactar en ensamble.
