your tasks
as an occupational health and safety doctor, you will work within the framework of industrial safety laws, considering legal requirements related to employer's liability insurance, operating times, and areas of responsibility. Your role involves ensuring industrial safety, health protection, accident prevention, and designing work environments that are human-centered.
you will develop initiatives and tools to foster a high sense of responsibility and motivation among employees involved in health and safety measures.
responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance for system operations, conducting weak-point analyses and worst-case scenario assessments, and implementing measures to incorporate environmental considerations into order processing.
specific tasks include:
1. auditing medical services to meet nom-005-ssa3 standards for outpatient medical care facilities.
2. standardizing medical guidelines for worker health surveillance, medical care, and special examinations.
3. implementing procedures for manual load handling, active breaks, hearing conservation, etc.
4. ensuring compliance with nom-010-stps, nom-011-stps, nom-036-1-stps, and nom 035.
5. conducting medical examinations for new hires and periodic health assessments for staff.
6. monitoring the company's health plan and supervising dining and staff conditions.
7. executing the annual worker health surveillance program.
8. managing imss documentation related to occupational risks.
9. performing site health diagnoses and managing health campaigns.
your qualifications
1. at least 3 years of experience as an on-site occupational health coordinator or staff doctor.
2. experience managing health and ergonomics campaigns.
3. medical specialty in occupational health.
4. advanced english proficiency.
5. proficiency in excel.
