Location : Polanco, Mexico City
The ideal candidate will have a solid general experience in HR field from a leading international company. The candidate will work closely with the Management team, P&C Managers, the P&C Sr Manager of the Commercial Organization to lead executive trainings, support the organizational culture (International Way) and participate directly to the HR operations of the Commercial Organization.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 8 years of experience in HR or related field
* English fluency (advanced level)
* Strong organization & communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and provide the best experience to all employees
* Experience in HR softwares such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ...
