we are seeking an administrative professional with exceptional talents, abilities and potential. This role provides high-level support/coverage for management staff, working collaboratively with other executive and manager assistants in a dynamic environment.
your key responsibilities will include:
* coordinating complex calendars and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* resolving scheduling conflicts quickly and prioritizing issues to ensure effective time management
* submitting frequent and detailed expense reports and managing audit process
* providing back-up support to other mas and collaborating with team to maintain good understanding of pending tasks and priorities
you will also have the opportunity to:
* work closely with leadership team members to understand their individual preferences and working styles
* support various internal programs and initiatives, including organizing case team events, offsite meetings and company-sponsored events
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent highly desired
* a minimum of three years administrative support experience, preferably at a professional services firm
* outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to alter approach to match leadership team style and preference
* strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
* ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information
