The Operations and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the daily logistics operations of the company. This role ensures efficient resource management—including personnel, vehicles, and delivery routes—while maintaining compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical and leadership skills, capable of monitoring operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing clear communication, strategic direction, and a customer-focused approach to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and digital tools for performance tracking and analysis.
- Understanding of transportation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (preferred).
