your mission: day to day responsibilities
* edit short-form and long-form video content for social, marketing, and branded campaigns
* transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that feel intentional and on-brand
* create and integrate graphic elements to elevate videos and digital assets
* collaborate closely with entrepreneurs or small teams, adapting quickly to feedback
* use ai-powered tools to speed up production and unlock creative possibilities
* manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality and consistency
your toolbox: skills to be successful
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with video editing & design tools (premiere, capcut, canva, figma, or similar)
* practical experience with ai content tools like runway, descript, midjourney, or canva ai
* strong visual storytelling skills and a sharp creative eye
* experience creating graphic elements for video and digital content
* self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
* detail-oriented mindset that balances creativity with precision
