the records representative role requires utilizing knowledge of the herbalife marketing plan, rules of conduct, and employing analytical and research techniques to determine adequate changes to memberships. This process supports and reinforces current policies and procedures, strengthens, and adds integrity to the marketing plan, protecting consumers, distributors preferred members, and the business.
key responsibilities:
1. provide support to the americas while maintaining an open mind to process improvements and helping identify areas that can be automated.
2. utilize fact-finding and analytical skills to identify and report possible ethical violations, and all details related to requests and/or complaints.
3. maintain accurate and complete records (research, communication, etc.) across all business systems by updating hdms files and documenting changes via sales force.
4. ensure inquiries are handled within slas established, managed within guidelines outlined in procedures, meeting set quotas, service level, and accuracy standards.
5. stay informed and current with herbalife's marketing plan, rules, and policies.
6. serve as a liaison between distributors & preferred members, internal departments, and management, handling work-related interactions in a courteous, cooperative, and professional manner.
7. handle call backs within service levels agreed upon in spa's (service partnership agreements).
8. assist inquiries to maintain service level agreements, customer satisfaction expectations, qa guidelines, and provide accurate and clear policies.
