what you will do
* greet guests warmly and guide them through the locker room facilities.
* respond to all guest interactions promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction and comfort.
* uphold all four seasons policies, procedures, and spa standards.
* handle guest requests and inquiries with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special needs whenever possible.
* resolve guest concerns effectively and ensure a seamless spa experience.
* maintain cleanliness and ensure locker rooms are well-stocked at all times.
what you bring
* fluency in spanish and english.
* high school education or equivalent experience.
* at least one year of experience in a similar position.
* two or more years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
* ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
* understanding and ability to deliver high‑quality, luxury service standards.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* cross‑cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
* guest‑centric mindset and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
