Marketing role overview
we are seeking a seasoned marketing specialist to drive regional marketing efforts in the latam and na regions.
this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing programs to support regional growth and brand awareness.

key responsibilities:
* develop strategic regional marketing plans aligned with global objectives.
* create targeted content, including customer testimonials and case studies, to enhance regional marketing initiatives.
* ensure local compliance with brand guidelines and train regions on proper deployment.
* support country agents and distributors with channel marketing resources and coordination.
* collaborate with regional marketing managers to develop and execute regional marketing plans.
* drive demand generation, brand awareness, and product launch campaigns through various channels.
* provide market intelligence from the regional perspective, analyzing customer feedback and market trends.

requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
* minimum 5 years' experience as a marketing generalist/specialist in a global company (industrial preferred).
* demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans in an industrial b2b environment.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish.
* able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment.
* strong planning skills with ability to plan over 1–3-year time span.
