what you’ll do?
* provide production support for java-based applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

* troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
* collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
* perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
* manage and optimize oracle sql queries and database performance.
* utilize linux commands for environment handling and application deployment support.
* maintain and configure caching solutions such as coherence or similar technologies.
* document processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
* participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents.
